4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
No partial refunds unless required by law.
5. Pricing and Currency
Prices may vary due to:

The final price is the amount shown at checkout.

6. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe.
By purchasing, you authorize recurring billing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Services, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.
Where you purchase digital Services and access is granted immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any statutory cooling-off period where permitted by law.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first may result in account suspension or termination.

• Interfere with platform security
We may suspend accounts for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and software are owned by Hailo Global Ltd.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.
No ownership rights are granted.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may perform maintenance or updates at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim warranties including:

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hailo Global Ltd shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or legally required obligations.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups.
